Leslie’s walking workouts can be used by beginners or advanced walkers. By incorporating weights into the routine, you can increase the intensity of the workout.

Start! Walking At Home with Leslie Sansone: Beginner/Intermediate - 1 & 2 Mile Walk offers a beginner and intermediate walk. If you're just getting started, begin with the 1-mile walk for 20 minutes. You'll get guidance on how to build your strength and stamina.

When you are ready, try the intermediate 2-mile walk for a full 30 minute workout.

Walk Off Fat Fast offers three different walks - a 20-minute, 30-minute and 40-minute walk.

If you are new to fitness walking, this is a great DVD to get you started. You can begin with the 20-minute walk and work your way up to the 40-minute walk as you increase your fitness level.
