just getting started!

Yes Tuesday you will see me walking around Denton Texas! I plan to walk for 20 minutes in morning and 20 more minutes afternoon. That's not a lot but not use to it. After doing this for four days a week for one week I will increase the time!

You can do it, Brigitte!

Brigitte, that is a great start! You have to start where you can and increase from there. Make your walks enjoyable and you'll look forward to it every day. You can bring a friend to walk with you, listen to your favorite music, or a podcast. If you look forward to walking, it is easy to make it a habit.
