Add More Steps By Walking In Place When Watching TV, Styling Hair, etc.
I'm trying to add more steps and this is how I'm doing it...I walk in place while drying my hair in the morning. I walk on both breaks during the day at work and I try to walk for a half-hour after work.
I walk in place during commercials. And while watching Dancing with the Stars, I will get up and dance around while watching them dance. I've counted off and on and am adding anywhere from 6,500-10,200 steps a day.
