Hello! My name is Melissa and I am passionate about fitness walking. I live in sunny San Diego, California, where it’s almost always a good day for a walk.

You have to be consistent. You have to walk 5-7 days a week and you have to consistently make good choices about what you eat and drink.

But how do you stay consistent when it comes to walking? There is a large body of evidence that has found the best way to stay consistent when it comes to exercise is to...enjoy it.

That's right, exercise doesn't have to be torture. In fact, research has found that we are more likely to exercise when we enjoy what we are doing.

If you really enjoy walking, you will naturally look forward to it every day and find ways to walk more every day.

It is better to find an activity you love to do than forcing yourself to do an activity you dread. That makes sense, right?!
