I have heel spurs. Which walking shoe has the best cushioning and arch support?

Heel spurs are often associated with plantar fasciitis, which requires good arch support in a shoe to help alleviate the pain associated with this condition.

This website has great recommendations for shoes with good arch support, such as Drew, Finn and Mehpisto.

Before buying new shoes however, you might want to try an insert first. They provide the cushioning and support you need and can cost less than a new pair of shoes.
