Walking Shoes for High Arches

What are the best walking shoe for high arches, heel spurs, and shin splints?
The Fitness Walking Guide Says...The best type of shoes for walkers with high arches tend to be neutral-cushioned, with maximum flexibility. This is really only a guideline though. I myself have high arches and need a shoe with more stability.
You could start with a neutral shoe and give it a try to see how it feels for your feet. Be sure to buy it from a store that allows returns so you can return them if it hurts your feet.
As for the heel spurs and shin splints, the best shoe for them is a shoe that fits your feet well. I wish I could tell you an exact pair to buy, but it's more important to find a pair that fits your feet best.
Also, be sure to warm up and cool down before and after each walk and take it easy on the hills, which will help your shin splints.
Here is a helpful tool to help you find the
best walking shoes for you. Good luck!
