I absolutely love the many products by Leslie Sansone. She is warm, upbeat and down to earth.

Leslie’s walking workouts can be used by beginners or advanced walkers. By incorporating weights into the routine, you can increase the intensity of the workout.

These recommendations will continue to challenge you as your fitness level improves. They are motivational, offer a good variety to keep you interested and are fun!

Walk Off Fat Fast offers three different walks - a 20-minute, 30-minute and 40-minute walk.

If you are new to fitness walking, this is a great DVD to get you started. You can begin with the 20-minute walk and work your way up to the 40-minute walk as you increase your fitness level.
