I absolutely love the many products by Leslie Sansone. She is warm, upbeat and down to earth.
Leslie’s walking workouts can be used by beginners or advanced walkers. By incorporating weights into the routine, you can increase the intensity of the workout.
These walking DVDs will continue to challenge you as your fitness level improves. These DVDs are motivational and fun!

Walk Away the Pounds (Get Up and Get Started 1 Mile / High Calorie Burn 2 Miles)
This DVD features a 1-mile walk for 20 minutes or a 2-mile walk for 31 minutes. It also incorporates other exercises to build muscles in your legs and you can use hand weights as well.

Walk Away the Pounds-Complete In-Home Walking System
This DVD features the 1-mile “Get up and Get Started”, 2-mile “High Calorie Burn” and 3-mile “Super Fat Burning” walking routines. It’s a great value because you get 3 workouts on one DVD. It also includes weighted balls to intensify your cardio routine and to build muscle.

Walk at Home - Walk Away Your Waistline! With 1, 2 and 3 Mile Markers
This DVD features a 3-mile walk and comes with the “Walk Belt”. The Walk Belt helps to engage your core to firm your tummy and tone your arms.

This DVD is a bit more challenging. It features a 3-mile “Advanced Walk” or a 4-mile “Super Challenge”. It also comes with a Stretchie band for a total body workout.

This DVD is broken into four 10-minute segments. You can do one segment at a time if that’s all you can squeeze in or more if you have the time. This DVD also features strength training segments for a total body workout.

This DVD is broken into three 15-minute walks. You can do one segment at a time if that’s all you can squeeze in or more if you have the time. This DVD also features strength training segments for a total body workout.

George Forman: Walk And Box
Add a little fun and variety to your workouts! This DVD offers a great walking workout plus some boxing moves. There are also some interval training bursts throughout the DVD for even more calorie burning potential.

Total Body Sports Conditioning: Treadmoves
A workout DVD to use on your treadmill. It features 40-minutes of cardio, including interval training for a great workout. Also included are strength training, abdominals and cool down segments.
This DVD is a bit complicated because you are asked to lift weights and perform other moves while on the treadmill. This isn’t for everyone, but if you’ve been walking on your treadmill for awhile and are looking to increase the complexity of your treadmill walking, this DVD is for you.
Walking Videos
The selection for walking videos is a bit limited because of the popularity of DVDs. However, if you take a visit to your local library, you may be pleasantly surprised at the selection.
