Patricia Adds More Steps To Her Day by Using her Pedometer

I always wear my pedometer, which lets me know when I need to get in additional steps before bed time. Before getting ready for work in the mornings, I walk 1500 to 2000 steps in the house while I'm watching TV. This gets me off to a good start.
