How Sonja Adds More Steps to Her Day

When I take the L train somewhere I usually get on the car that puts me further away from the stairs when I exit the train. That makes me have to walk the length of the L platform to get to the stairs. And instead of taking the escalator ride up, I walk the stairs up for extra steps.
