How Elizabeth adds strides to her day!

When I am putting things away or tidying up, I put one thing away at at time. Therefore instead of walking once from the dishwasher. I walk about 15 times. Likewise when putting things away like ironing etc, instead of one walk from the utility room to the wardrobe, putting them away one at a time increases the walk to about 8.
