I take the long way to and from the copy machine.


**This is a great tip, Brenda. Sometimes works gets so busy that we spend hours and hours just sitting at our desks. Anything you can do to get up and get walking is a great way to add more physical activity. Moving around can also help perk you up and improve your mood. So take a few minutes and take the long way to the copy machine or the restroom. Take the stairs if you can and park farther away form the building (if it is safe to do so)**Melissa, the-fitness-walking-guide.com
