My spouse and I love to eat out, so we decided if we want to spoil ourselves to a dinner at a restaurant, we should walk to it and back. This makes us enjoy our dinner more as we know we've earned it! But that's no excuse to go for that burger! Eat wisely so that your walking didn't go to waste!
