April's excuse way of adding more steps
My way is more or less an excuse. Oops, I left that in the car let me go get it. Oh darn, I left the keys up stairs let me go get that. I can't say I intentionally leave things places, I'm rather lazy. Use to hate this but now I see how it adds to my steps.
Now I intentionally forget things knowing I'll have to go back and get them. Warning this doesn't work if you're in a hurry to meet some deadline!
