The study revealed that those people who exercised at a moderate intensity level prolonged their lives for up to three years.  

Keep in mind that moderate intensity exercise means a good, brisk walk. And, it is important to remember that 30 minutes of exercise for most days of the week is still recommended by the World Health Organization. But it's good to know that if you can't fit in an entire 30 minutes every day, you can fit in a brisk 15 minute walk and enjoy incredible health benefits.</description>
